When I was young, nobody handed me a roadmap. I figured it out by failing, by showing up, and by finding mentors who saw something in me I didn't always see in myself. Lt. Col. George Hardy soloed at Tuskegee when the system said he couldn't. His legacy now lives on through me. He reached back for me. Just as he reached back and helped me find my purpose, I now reach back to help you discover yours.
