Mission Aviation Academy is a program of Infinity Aero Club Tampa Bay, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, your email address, the role you select, and your age range. We do not require a phone number, a mailing address, or payment details anywhere on this site.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
- To send you the resource you asked for, such as the Aviation & Aerospace Career Pathway Guide.
- To notify you about something you specifically asked to hear about, such as when pre-orders open for a book.
- To tell you about MAA programs, scholarships, and events that fit the role you selected.
Young people under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you tell us you are under 13, our signup form will stop and ask you to have a parent or guardian sign up instead, using their own email address.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their information, email us at admissions@missionaviationacademy.org and we will delete it promptly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.
We use service providers to run this site and send our email — currently Vercel for website hosting and GoHighLevel for contact management and email delivery. They process your information on our behalf and under our instructions. We share information beyond this only when the law requires it.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted entirely. We will not ask you why.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information until you ask us to delete it, or until it has been inactive for three years, whichever comes first.
